High School/City Block Planning

Massing and program proposal for a performing arts highschool with a residential/commercial allowance taking up an entire Boston city block. Site context was diagrammed to take into account noise levels, public green space continuation, mixed-use nature of edge conditions, and public transport lines serving the neighborhood.
